"Ask Dr. Barb" Book Tour
Starting this fall, I will be discussing "Ask Dr. Barb" at a variety of public appearances. I have planned talks with religious and community organizations as well as with patrons of local libraries. Portrait of a Grandmother
Last spring, my granddaughter Aubrey, an art major at Rutgers University, completed this portrait of me as a class project. The painting shown was considered for the cover of "Ask Dr. Barb, but what proved to be more effective was taking the flowers that surrounded my painted image and using them as a border for my book. The inclusion of her original artwork on the cover makes the book project even more precious as a reflection of family involvement.

Reflecting on 60 years of marriage
